A few days before your subscription order processes, we will send you an email that lets you know what is expected to ship to you. Several days later on Subscription Day we will charge your card, add any PDFs you qualified for to your Digital Library, and send your order to the warehouse to be shipped.


If your credit card is declined, you will receive an automated email from our subscription service provider giving you the chance to resolve the issue - once resolved your card will be charged and your subscription will move forward.
