The 13 Omens Rulebook contains all the rules for playing and running 13 Omens. It also includes a collection of playable stories (4 at launch, with the potential for unlocking an additional 2 via stretch goals). Additional 13 Omens stories will be published as zines.
The dice sets are specifically designed for 13 Omens, and we recommend picking up the standard acrylic dice set. However, you can use any D6s, so long as you have 8 of one color and 13 of another.
