With the update to our new webstore, there are two different accounts for Paizo - one for the Paizo Webstore, and one for the Paizo Forums, Organized Play, and Legacy Digital Library. You will need to sign into both accounts if you want access to all of these features. 


At this time, all accounts that have made a purchase on the old Paizo webstore within the last five years have been imported to the new webstore. You will need to reset your password the first time you try to log in. If you have not purchased from Paizo in the last five years, or if you are not able to access an account via password reset, go ahead and make a new account. We will continue to import and merge additional accounts as we move forward with the new store.


For login issues with the new Webstore, head to https://store.paizo.com/login.php and click on "Forgot My Password" to request a password reset.


For login issues with the Paizo Forums, Organized Play, and Legacy Digital Library, head to https://paizo.com/paizo/account/settings/password to reset your password.



If you receive the error message ‘That email address and password combination is not valid.’ when trying to use the temporary password, it's possible that when you copied the temporary password from the reset email, it added a blank space to either the beginning or the end of it when it was pasted into the password field. Typing in the temporary password manually should resolve the error.
