Most of our packages do not provide accurate, live tracking information at this time. Our standard postal delivery service (UPS Mail Innovations) involves a transfer from UPS to the US Postal Service before delivery. Frequently this tracking information does not update at the handoff. 


Even though data is not being updated, we find that the parcel is almost always still on its way. We do not consider these parcels missing until they has exceeded their delivery estimate. If your parcel is still undelivered significantly past its estimated delivery date, contact out customer service team at customer.service@paizo.com or 425-215-1442 (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM Pacific Time).
